Job Description
TQM is hiring an experienced CDL A Driver in Londonderry, NH for a full-time, home-daily position.
This position is ideal for a professional Class A CDL driver who prefers consistent local work and daily home time.
The position offers $32.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours, along with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and supplemental insurance benefits.
Schedule
- 10 PM to typically 4 AM Start Times depending on route
- CDL A Van Route Deliveries
- manual 10 speed transmission (the ability to drive one is required)
- Hazmat & Airbrakes required
- OT after 40 hours.
- Runs going to Albany NY, Queens NY, Elmwood Park NJ, or local in New England.

- $32.00 per hour

Duties
- Safely operate and maneuver Class A commercial vehicles
- Perform required vehicle inspections
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations
- Maintain awareness of pedestrians, other vehicles, and yard equipment
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, yard personnel, and other team members
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of required documentation
- Report equipment, vehicle, or safety issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other yard and driving duties as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates must meet applicable company and insurance requirements, including:
- No more than two (2) moving violations and/or accidents within the past three years
- No disqualifying major driving violations within the previous 36 months
- No qualifying suspension or revocation of a driver's license lasting more than 30 days during the previous 36 months
- Valid commercial driver's license at the time of hire
- Acceptable MVR and PSP report
Major Violations
Candidates must not have a citation or conviction within the previous 36 months for major violations including:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Refusal to take a required alcohol or drug test
- Leaving the scene of an accident or hit-and-run
- Fleeing or eluding law enforcement
- Reckless driving or careless endangerment
- Operating a vehicle while suspended or revoked
- Speed exhibition, racing, or drag racing
- Assault involving a motor vehicle
- Reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter
- Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony
- Operating a motor vehicle without the owner's permission
- Open-container violations or similar offenses
